Below please find a SAMPLE menu for a cocktail party this winter. Prices for this menu will range from $20 – $30 per person, depending on items chosen.

Tenderloin of Beef Tartare with diced red onions, capers and white truffle oil served on a poppy cracker

Durango Bistro Filet Crostini hickory smoked salt seasoned rare beef served on toasted French bread with cowboy ketchup

Grilled Pork Tenderloin Crostini topped with goat cheese and drizzled with arugula-bacon vinaigrette

Chipotle BBQ Pulled Pork Quesadilla garnished with scallions, sour cream and hot sauce

Grilled Sea Scallops served on rice crackers with black olive tapenade garnish

Crab & Mascarpone Vietnamese or Spring Rolls served with Chinese hot mustard sauce

Thai Spiced Chicken Salad served in endive leaves

Gorgonzola Chicken Crostini red wine and thyme braised chicken finished with a touch of cream and gorgonzola served on grilled baguette

Caramelized Ginger Scented Sea Scallops

Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese Spring Rolls with maple-pepper jelly dipping sauce

Pan Seared Foie Gras served in Asian soup spoons and garnished with truffled-parmesan popcorn

Grilled Pizzas:

Foie Gras grilled crust with extra virgin olive oil and baked with a touch of mozzarella and parmesan topped with arugula, seared foie gras and truffle oil

BBQ Pulled Pork with cheddar cheese and creamy, crunchy slaw

Spinach and Artichoke a grilled pizza dough topped with roasted garlic, spinach and gorgonzola spread baked with artichokes, mozzarella and parmesan

Thai Shrimp a coconut-red curry base with julienne vegetables shrimp and a touch of cheese

Roasted Tomato & Artichoke Spread served on rice crackers

Wild Mushroom Crostini baked with garlic butter and parmesan cheese
